By accessing or using TablZ (discover.tablz.io, tablz.io, or any associated mobile applications), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use TablZ, whether as a diner, restaurant owner, or any other capacity.

TablZ is a restaurant operating system and directory developed by GrindX Technologies PVT LTD. The platform provides: - A public restaurant discovery directory (TablZ Discover) - Table booking and online ordering functionality - A POS and restaurant management system for restaurant owners - Customer loyalty and reward programmes - AI-powered insights for restaurant operators TablZ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

To access certain features of TablZ, you must create an account. You are responsible for: - Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials - All activities that occur under your account - Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration - Notifying TablZ immediately of any unauthorised access to your account TablZ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Restaurant owners who list their establishments on TablZ agree to: - Provide accurate and up-to-date information about their restaurant - Honour bookings and orders made through the platform - Comply with all applicable food safety, licensing, and regulatory requirements - Not use the platform to engage in deceptive or misleading practices TablZ reserves the right to remove listings that violate our community standards or these terms.

All payments on TablZ are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. TablZ is not responsible for payment disputes between diners and restaurants. Refund policies are set by individual restaurants, subject to applicable Indian consumer protection laws. For subscription payments (restaurant plans), TablZ processes recurring charges through Razorpay Subscriptions. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

TablZ links every review to a verified order. By submitting a review, you confirm that: - The review reflects your genuine experience - You have not been compensated to write the review - The review does not contain defamatory, abusive, or unlawful content TablZ reserves the right to remove reviews that violate our review policy. Restaurant owners may respond to reviews but may not request their removal unless they violate our policies.

The TablZ platform, including its design, features, and code, is the exclusive property of GrindX Technologies PVT LTD. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of TablZ without written permission. Content submitted by users (reviews, photos, descriptions) remains the property of the user but grants TablZ a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it for platform purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrindX Technologies PVT LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of TablZ. TablZ is a technology platform and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of food or services provided by listed restaurants. Diners interact with restaurants at their own discretion.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal, India.

TablZ reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of TablZ after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Last updated: 2025
